Aarambh – The Career Fest
Introduction
Aarambh is an initiative of one day education fest taken by EDEN IAS, for school students specially the students of class 10th, 11th and 12th, who are about to enter their college life and to give a start to their bright career with the Best Course passing after 12th class. Under this initiative we are trying to help these young minds to choose correct pathways along with the back up plans to win over the battle of success and failure.
This is one of its own kind education fests held for the school student for the first time in all over India. Various reputed schools of our country are participating in this event. This initiative is not only helping the students to make logical career choices but also helping the aspirants to handle their mental health and to create a balance between the personal and professional life.
There are many young minds of our nation are facing career failures due to wrong choices of subjects or career. Also, this initiative is helping aspirants to make them learn the best utilization of the graduation days.

Open Quiz Competition
This quizzing competition aims to inspire students to look beyond their textbooks and make connections between what they learn in class and how to apply these literary concepts in real-world situations. Also, they can improve their knowledge and specialization outside of classrooms with the aid of this competition and could obtain a wider viewpoint.
On-Stage Chit Activities
These are a few game-based initiatives that provide students a sense of how they would react and what steps they should take when confronted with an unfamiliar issue. In other words, throughout this game, students must select any chit of their choice and must carry out the identical activity that is specified in the chit.
Essay Writing Competition
For Scholarship
In order to add more fun and enjoyment to the students' entire day, we have added a contest that is solely focused on awarding certificates and scholarships to all students who participated in the essay writing competition. This will help them improve their writing skills and encourage them to explore new areas of study. Moreover, we have chosen to offer up to 70% of the fee structure as scholarships.
Career Guiding Seminard And Prize Distribution
This event's major goal is to offer guidance to all students about the several career paths they can choose because they will soon be at a point where it is crucial that they pick the option that is most appropriate for them. Thus, keeping all of these factors in mind, we decided to make this fest somewhat educationally focused as well. To that end, we chose to organise some career guiding seminars that will aid and direct them for some specific future career alternatives. In addition to that, we've made the decision to give each participant some extra incentives in the way of prizes for those who did well in the competitions. Each participant will also receive an appreciation certificate in recognition of their participation.
Food Fair And Selfie
Booths
We want to express our gratitude to all the students who participated in our effort and who helped us make this event more exciting and impressive, so our fest will come to a happy conclusion. In light of this, we have planned to set up some food stalls so that students can partake in the meals as our guests. In addition to this, we have also planned to set up some selfie booths there as a fun activity where students may get the chance to record their fun-loving moments. So, our primary goal is to make these experiences memorable for the students. We also hope that this fest will offer the students with new experiences that will provide their careers a fresh start and new beginning’s.

Career After Class 12th – Under UPSC CSE
The completion of grade 12th can be viewed as a pivotal moment in students’ life because it is the period at which they begin to consider their career prospects and become perplexed by the abundance of alternatives available to them. Hence, in order to make their decisions easier, we have planned one interactive session that is entirely devoted to assisting the students with the distinctive range of career alternatives that are available to them.
In the modern day, it is a prerequisite that every individual of our future generation be sufficiently talented and productive to be able to compete successfully. As a result, with the same goal in mind, we’ll talk about a few career paths that can assist aspirant students in moving forward in life. One such pathway is the UPSC examination, which includes so many prestigious and honoured government positions that, if one is capable of passing it, they will have a settled life and a reputable position in society.
IAS - Indian Administrative Service
Which is one of the three branches of the All-India Services, the government of India’s principal civil service and which is responsible for all administrative matters. Together with it, the IAS makes up the country’s permanent bureaucracy and is an integral part of the executive branch of the Government of India. In addition to it, IAS officials are additionally stationed in a variety of government organizations, including auxiliary bodies, staff & line agencies, statutory bodies, autonomous bodies, regulatory bodies, and public sector organizations.
IPS- Indian Police
Services
The Ministry of Home Affairs oversees the Indian Police Service (MHA). An IPS officer’s responsibility is to uphold law and order, particularly during times of unrest, demonstrations, festivals, significant events, etc. An IPS also commands the police force and gives them instructions. The primary duty of an IPS officer is to protect the general population at all costs. An IPS officer follows an IAS official in the hierarchy.
IRS - Indian Revenue Service
Where these officials are responsible for managing and collecting direct and indirect taxes. It operates under the Department of Revenue within the Ministry of Finance and is overseen administratively by the Revenue Secretary and permanent secretaries by the Minister of Finance as a central civil service under Group A of the executive branch of the Government of India.
NDA - National Defence Academy
For entry into the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings of the Indian Defence Forces, UPSC administers the NDA exam. The Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force recruit officers from this exam. The NDA qualified individuals are given the duty of defending the nation from external threats.
CAPF - Central Armed Police Force
The primary function of the Central Armed Police Forces is border protection for the AR, BSF, ITBP, SSB; security of sensitive establishments by the CISF; assistance to the police in addressing law and order; counterterrorism operations; and counter-Naxal operations by the CRPF, NSG. The CAPFs collaborate with the Indian Army & Police in the various roles that have been assigned to them.
AFCAT - Air Force Common Admission Test
The Indian Air Force holds a national entrance exam to choose candidates for a variety of positions within the Air Force. Flying Officers, Officers in Ground Duty – Technical Post, and Officers in Ground Duty – Non-Technical Post are among the positions for which the AFCAT exam is administered.
CDS - Combined Defence Services
The Army, Air Force, and Navy branches of the Indian Armed Forces all recruit officers through the Combined Defence Services Exam (CDS Exam). The Indian Armed Forces offers a wide range of options to students who pass the CDS Exam. After completion of cadet training in the Army, Air Force, or Navy, they will be commissioned as officers in one of the three armed services.
